Community for women in UX/UI and Webflow

I love how the Floxies are all so knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly.

Since my full-time job is a visual designer, my Webflow skills are very basic, so I ask quite a few questions and there's always someone from the community who's ready to help with my Webflow problems. The speakers that are brought in are amazing as well.

I've never been part of a community that is as open and inclusive as the Floxies are. I felt at home right away and would encourage anyone of any Webflow skill level to join!

Be it a professional, personal, or creative problem there is always a Floxie available to help and give a different perspective without judgment.

What I love most about the Floxies community is the genuine support and encouragement. It’s rare to find a group where everyone is so eager to uplift each other, whether it’s sharing resources, offering feedback, or celebrating each other’s wins. It’s a space where I feel empowered and inspired to grow, and that’s something truly special.

Ever since I have joined the Floxies, I have attended countless online events in the space of design, have connected with awesome designers, have joined a Mastermind, got support for all of my questions and even made a friend in real life!

Floxies is the best community I am part of right now: open, supportive and knowledgeable. I recommend it to all women looking for a warm and welcoming community in the space of Webflow, UX/UI and no code.

I love hanging out on the Discord channel, even though I mostly lurk. The community always makes me feel so warm and welcome, even when I'm not very active.

Whenever I do post and ask for feedback, everyone is super honest and wants to help. It's amazing how eager everyone is to support one another.

What I love most is how diverse and dynamic the community is. The members come from all sorts of backgrounds, and no matter what challenge you’re facing, someone’s always ready to jump in with advice or support.

If I had to sum it up in one word, I’d say it's the Dutch word "gezellig".
There's really no direct translation in English, but think of it as that warm, fuzzy feeling you get when you’re surrounded by friends, sipping hot chocolate and laughing about old times. That’s the Floxies vibe — welcoming, supportive, and full of energy.

Floxies is an amazing community. I cannot recommend it enough.

The community itself is wonderfully supportive with everything from professional growth to daily life challenges. I adore the weekly check-ins. They make me feel so loved.

But the resources are also fantastic. There is a virtual library, weekly co-working, and events. We've had some inspiring speakers from Nielson to Joe from Bitesize UX and Lizzie who did a brilliant series on portfolio creation.

What I love best is that you can post your projects and get excellent feedback from other professionals around the globe. There are no competitive or aggressive vibes like in other forums. It is nothing but encouraging and constructive.
